The club reserves the right to:
Where programming cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the club’s control, partial or full refunds may be considered.
Any parent, player, guardian, or supporter displaying:

Players issued club uniforms may be required to return in good condition where applicable.

In situations involving global pandemics such as COVID-19 or other unforeseen events; programming, credits, and refunds may be governed by

The club will work with families in a fair and reasonable manner under these circumstances while balancing operational commitments and program delivery.
